By booking an appointment with Wild Bloom by Annie you agree to the following terms:
• Clients must provide accurate contact details when booking appointments.
• Patch testing is required for certain services including brow tinting, lash lifts and hair colour treatments. Services cannot be performed without a valid patch test.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late your treatment may need to be shortened.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible.
• Wild Bloom by Annie reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.
• Results may vary depending on individual hair, skin or nail condition.
Wild Bloom by Annie is a calm home studio based in Northallerton. To ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, please note the following:
• Please attend your appointment alone where possible, as the studio space is designed for one client at a time.
• Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service themselves.
• The full address and directions will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment as I may be with another client.
• If you are feeling unwell, please rearrange your appointment.

Results & Aftercare
All services are carried out to a professional standard using quality products. However, results and longevity may vary depending on individual hair, skin and nail condition as well as aftercare.
Clients will be provided with aftercare guidance where appropriate. Following the recommended aftercare helps achieve the best results and longevity from your treatment.
Wild Bloom by Annie cannot guarantee the longevity of treatments if aftercare advice is not followed.
If you experience any issues with your treatment, please contact Annie within 48 hours so the matter can be assessed and resolved where possible.
